Scope of work
  1. Develop and maintain close professional relations with key and potential customers to attain team sales goals.
  2. Provide exceptional quality of customer service.
  3. Resolve complex service problems to guarantee client satisfaction plus retention.
  4. Provide proactive sales tasks to sales and service associate with detailed expertise.
  5. Ensure to process transactions suitably and efficiently to develop customer confidence plus trust on basis of established procedures and policies.
  6. Develop and evaluate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  7. Prepare summary of sales performance against established objectives.
  8. Perform as liaison with sales and service staff to identify support needs.
  9. Convey effectual sales practices, develop sales call kits and report sales initiatives.
  10. Lead and direct company responsibilities for region like complaints, correspondence, advertising and seminars etc.
  11. Coordinate with marketing representatives to assist sales campaigns with client lists, marketing materials, market data and campaign information.
  12. Assist company standards to meet established goals, objectives and selling skills.
  13. Establish selling behaviors with sales guidelines.
  14. Assist positive work atmosphere with management as well as co-workers throughout organization.

Requirements
  1. Degree in Mechanical/Electronics engineering or a relevant tertiary training
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of related work experience in sales & services related to automotive and industrial
  3. Leadership skills and a strong sales belief system
Scope of work
  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  4. Participate in preparation for tender submission including quotation, technical proposal and drawings.
  5. Participate in project kick-off meetings and technical discussion during project tender.
  6. Oversee business development, identify new market opportunities and drive growth.
  7. Stay abreast of market developments, trends, competitor activities and products etc. and take necessary course of action.
  8. Knowledgeable of clean air solutions for industries such as semiconductors, hospitals, data centers, solar systems, etc.
  9. Ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers.

Requirements

Scope of work
  1. Assist business development strategies and tactical plans to achieve the sales objectives.
  2. Drive local and regional sales strategy that will meet or exceed assigned sales goals and forecasts.
  3. Drive the strategy, metrics, programs, policies, plans and procedures to grow the market share.
  4. Creates and direct new opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  5. Establish and manage, in conjunction with Customer Service teams, network of customer contacts.
  6. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

  1. Prepare and ensure daily routine jobs for fleet and warehouse operations in smooth operations.
  2. Understand and involve in warehouse operations and system.
  3. Knowledge of logistics supply chain with fleet management and last mile delivery
  4. Practice proper documents control and upkeep office cleanliness.

Requirements
  1. Diploma holder in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of related work experience in logistics
Scope of work
  1. Repair and maintenance of rotating machineries; diesel engine, transmission, motor, gearbox, etc.
  2. Generate service and commissioning reports upon job completion.
  3. Perform simple defect diagnostic on assigned machineries
  4. Perform repair and maintenance of workshop equipment
  5. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate supervisor

  1. Conceptualize, develop and maintain innovative websites and mobile applications
  2. Gathering and translating requirements from internal and external business users to enhance user/customer experiences
  3. Analyze user feedback to improve web/app performance
  4. Conduct user testing and collaborate with Marketing Team to enhance user/customer experiences
  5. Designing and developing tools to edit web content and daily operation tools

Requirements
  1. Proficient in HTML5/Java/JQuery/C#/dot.net (Not required to know all languages)
  2. Assistance in new API development and maintenance
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Exposure to mobile application (iOS or Android)
  5. Creativity & ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
  6. Good project and timeline management skills
  7. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  8. Able to develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes
  9. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
